An international nuclear expert has set alarm bells ringing after Belgium shut down a reactor where anomalies including possible cracks were found.
The scare at the site, north of Antwerp, has prompted a warning from specialist Mycle Schneider. He claims inspections did not work and that this sort of fault can cause a nuclear explosion.
