00:04Since I've taken the role, we've been kind of evaluating, assessing different markets,
00:09different opportunities. We need to kind of looking at a lot of sort of key potential markets
00:15around us in the catchment area. So there are definitely opportunities around the Middle East,
00:21perhaps Africa, Indian subcontinent, and even probably Eastern Europe. I honestly think that
00:26I think AI and technology will bring in huge advantage in terms of improving the whole
00:32passenger experience and being able to sort of put out there the best offers and products.
00:39As a matter of fact, we already have sort of taken on an initiative whereby today, you know,
00:43we have thousands of hotel contracts that are given to us, which, you know, we used to do all
00:48manually. And of course, the backlog to get a lot of these deals are in the system doing that work
00:55manually, taking months. Now with AI, we've adapted the whole thing. And of course,
01:01everything happens almost real time. And that just shows the importance of how AI actually brings in
01:06that agility and speed and improvement in the whole work process. Well, I think one of the biggest
01:12trends that we're seeing, obviously, especially in the UAE market, where we've seen a lot more
01:17interest in the general public, especially the UAE national market sector, where we've seen a lot of
01:25interest in winter travel, people going out for skiing, which were which was never the trend
01:30almost four to five years ago. But now it is becoming such a huge trend. We've rolled out our
01:35winter destination special that consists of almost about 10 ski destination. And of course, we're also
01:45looking at new destinations for the public to go to and experience a whole different sort of things
01:50like Finland, which is, you know, Emirates is going to start flying there in October, and it's going to
01:57be a whole new experience when we're looking at the Northern Lights and that whole entire experience.
02:01I think, you know, the tourism and travel industry has been so dynamic, and it's been changing so rapidly.
02:08And we've been seeing that I think the key thing is, of course, is to keep up with all of
02:12these changes and
02:13continue to introduce new elements in the whole entire experience. You know, classic example we see
02:20cruising now is becoming a huge trend. And, you know, that was never the case in this part of the
02:25world, at least, you know, when you talk about the Middle East and the GCC market. And I'm sure,
02:29you know, five years from now, there's probably going to be a whole new trend, especially with the new
02:34exciting, you know, Generation Z, who probably, you know, look at different sort of priorities in their
02:41travel experience. I mean, food and healthy food is becoming a real trend. So how do we sort of bring
02:47in that element into travel? So it is a revolution, and we're staying very close to the customer to
02:54really understand how do we position our product offering.
