Woman Refuses to Pull Over, Claims She Was Topless

A Florida woman says she did not want to get pulled over because she wasn't wearing a shirt. Mandy Ramsey says she was driving topless to surprise her boyfriend when police from Marion County attempted to stop her for allegedly speeding. She didn't make it easy. After finally tracking her down, she was arrested for eluding law enforcement. Patrick Jones has the story.
