One of the mistakes people often commit is to sponsor or become a sponsor of someone they know in a network marketing business. Just because network marketing is a numbers game is not enough to be at ease with sponsoring just anyone you know. You have to understand that in order to become successful in network marketing, you have to sponsor those people who are committed to achieve their personal success. Likewise, as an investor in network marketing, you should not entrust your success to anybody else just because he or she is your friend or relative. You always have to check and evaluate your sponsor’s or your prospect’s background – is s/he a go-getter? Does s/he take responsibility for his/her own success? Is s/he already successful in network marketing? Remember, you have to go with the people who actually already have a name in a network marketing business and who are doing it the right way. Only then will you be able to be trained and coached and pushed further towards success.
