Commander of Expedition 26, Scott Kelly handed over command of the International Space Station to Dmitry Kondratyev who becomes the commander of Expedition 27.
Scott Kelly, c will return to earth in their Soyuz TMA-01M on Wednesday.
Joining Expedition 27 will be Flight Engineers Ron Garan, Andrey Borisenko and Alexander Samokutyaev. The launch is currently planned sometime in April, Delayed from March due to a technical issue.
