[ISS] Dextre Begins Work to Changeout Failed Remote Power Control Module

Operated remotely from the ground, Dextre, Known as the Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM), Picked up tools and opened a cargo container lid on Sunday 28th.
This is all part of an operation that will see Dextre replace a failed Remote Power Control Module (RPCM).
