Scooters on TV - 1986 Scarborough Scooter Rally

Scootering Feature on 'Top Gear' from 1986, filmed at the Scarborough Scooter Rally.
I recorded this at the time, missing the beginning plus unfortunately the reception was far from perfect and the colour fades out from time to time. Still it's scarce footage from 25+ years ago and I have not seen it anywhere else on the internet. I saved it just in time, after being asked to upload it, I dug out my old VHS tapes only to find 2/3 of them had been ruined by damp/mold, luckily this footage was on one of the tapes that survived!
