Police handcuffing Male on Robinson

A R.C.M.P. Officer waited for back up this afternoon on Robinson Street around 3:30 P.M. . You could hear a male upstairs yelling and screaming out of control. Back up arrived and the 2 Officers entered the rooming house. Another Officer arrived a short time later. The male exited the building with the 3 Officers, he was handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol car and transported to cells and then to the Hospital
