A Israeli government report into the deadly attack on a Gaza-bound Turkish aid ship in 2010 has criticised Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's "decision making."
The probe said Netanyahu's decision-making process lacked "orderly, coordinated, authorised and documented staff work."
