Apple's new directions and maps app is not without its flaws. It suggests you crash through a median and off an overpass all to make a left turn. But Apple's not the only one recommending dangerous stunts. Its competition, Google Maps, has its fair-share of fails, as well, including a suggestion to swim across an ocean.
