A little Mayan Village at SuchiToto Lake certainly has its flavor. Compare to Antiqua, Guatemala, this tourist location has less than 10% Mayan related toys, folks and handicrafts. One thing to check out is the paintings in the Church and the museum pieces spread around the Cafeteria by the Lake. About 10 independent Restaurants keep all the visitors happy. Now comes the Lake Ride on a Boat. Make sure you talk, communicate and challenge the Captain of the boat. Taking a personal boat was the best choice though it cost $28 for one hour ride. This lake is artificially created.... All Don d'Lala can say in Spanish ... Bueno, Benito, Barato !
