NS Office Special @ Belmont

Here is Something you don't see often on Norfolk Southern Railways, an office special operated by NS 5647 & 5648. My NS pals told me that these trains usually would carry The CEO of NS or any company executives that are monitoring yards and stations to make sure that are in good work in order. I also had people who were nearby and saw this train ask me and the gang about something that is not like the usual everyday train. Members, Comments are welcome about this train. I saw that a few other photographers caught the special as well.
