South Sudan lists demands in oil row with north

The United States has called on Sudan and South Sudan to end their dispute over oil transit fees.

Sudan has released four oil tankers that belongs to the south as a gesture of good will.

But the government of South Sudan, which halted its oil production in protest over Khartoum allegedly stealing its oil, says it will not start pumping again until a list of demands are met.
