Yoweri Museveni, Uganda's president, has admitted his government was not "fully prepared" for the deadly blasts in the capital Kampala on Sunday that killed at least 76 people.

But Museveni told Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons he will send more troops to Somalia to help root out the fighters.
