With currencies falling and the instability of the financial markets, many investors are looking towards more tangible assets like art.

Not everyone can afford a painting like Picasso's 'Nude, Green Leaves and Bust', which sold for $106m last month.

But what about paintings by lesser known artists? Are they worth investing in if you can't afford a Van Gogh?
