Many Iranians appear to be having difficulty accessing Google's e-mail service, Gmail, the company has said.

Reports say Iran intends to begin blocking access to Gmail, which is sparking new concerns over the censorship practices of Iran's government.

Heap admits that his organisation may be helping Iranians break the law, but insists the ability to communicate freely is a basic human right.
