Al Jazeera speaks to John O'Shea, the founder of the Irish medical charity, Goal, who has participated in the the Haiti earthquake relief effort.

He's been heavily critical of the coordination and leadership of the aid mission in the Carribean country.

Shea has called the response to the natural disaster from the international community a "man made disaster".
