Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, the country's main opposition group, has endured years of government crackdowns.

Reports suggest the Brotherhood is now willing to enter a dialogue with the country's ruling party, but it is officially banned for its perceived 'radicalist' ideology and key leaders remain under arrest.
