Indian Champissage
3 CE Contact Hours

Indian Champissage is a simple, safe and highly beneficial therapy that has been popular in India for over a thousand years. The head, neck, shoulders and upper back--areas where tension is more likely to accumulate--are gently, firmly and rhythmically massaged until the pressure simply begins to melt away. This unique therapy combines physical and subtle massage with energy balancing to produce feelings of perfect peace. There is no need to undress and no oils are used.

Indian Champissage may provide relief from aches and pains, numerous stress-related symptoms and insomnia. It soothes, comforts and rebalances your energy flow. It gives a deep sense of peace and calm. Indian Champissage is a wonderful alternative to traditional seated chair massage.

Students should wear a round-necked T-shirt for class. Please bring a clip or tieback if you have shoulder-length or longer hair.

The Indian Champissage standard routine (35 mins) will be demonstrated. Students will learn an abbreviated routine (15 mins) suitable for office or on-site practice. Students will receive a Certificate of Attendance for 3 NCBTMB-approved CE hours. Class size is limited to 20.
