Italy's national lottery jackpot has sent millions of people scrambling for tickets.
The big prize stands at more than $120m, and could be won on Thursday.

But there are fears that the lottery is creating a dangerous betting fever, with many people spending their life savings.

Some groups are calling for the prize money to be seized. Claudio Lavanga reports.
