A suicide bomber has blown himself up in Kabul, killing at least 13 people. His target was Afghan soldiers, but it was mostly civilians that died. The violence coincides with Al Jazeera obtaining a UN map revealing that almost half the country is now too dangerous for aid workers to operate in. Nazanine Moshiri, who sent this report from the scene of the blast, looks at how the violence has spread.
