Ingredients - 1 whole wheat pizza bread 2 tbsp heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup green beans cooked 1 cup red peppers sliced 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves of garlic crushed Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation - Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese. Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread. Add the cheese, green beans, red peppers sliced, pepper and pop it in the oven. Serve hot. Enjoy!
