Ingredients - 1 whole wheat pizza bread 2 tbsp heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 1 cup assorted bell peppers Some green beans cooked Some broccoli 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves of garlic crushed Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation - Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese. Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread. Add the cheese, assorted bell peppers, some green beans cooked, some broccoli, pepper and pop it in the oven. Serve hot. Enjoy!
