The man tell that this is the 18th century and that he is historic interpreter, museum educator.
In Kazakhstan we think that USA very technology, very good but now Borat see it very primitive.
The man tell that the place is 200 years ago and this is a time machine back to 1750 or 1760 and not 2002.
