NBC Studios and midtown New York City were held captive when a man ascended to the top of Rockefeller Center and threatened to jump.
After a very tense hour, the police were able to talk him down. The man has been identified as 23 year-old Jorge Ruiz, was visiting from Las Vegas. After he was brought down, Ruiz confessed to police he suffered from schizophrenia.
