Bill Clinton presented the award for Distinguished Biography to, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and his co-author, James Fox, for Richards's 2010 memoir, Life.The Norman Mailer Center honored writers at a Nov. 8 gala at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York.
