The Croatian capital Zagreb is a bustling metropolis. It may be a very Western city, but when it comes to food, traditional fare is still very popular. Nena Prezelj's specialty is "zagorski cuspajz", a vegetable stew that's served with polenta, sour cream, parsley, carrots and celery.
