Even though my body is alot different to last week's body, I am the same weight!
Last week I had a very hard time walking 200 meters, and now I walk 2 kms twice a day. My fitness is alot better and my leg muscles are bigger because I walk so much now. So hopefully there will be a weight reduction next week as I do not need to grow bigger leg muscles this week.
