Despite the high cost of communication, Israel was second only to theUnited States in terms of cell-phone use - the average Israeli talked 210minutes a month, versus an American's 346 minutes. This figure is significantly lower than the figures cited by thecompanies, which say the average Israeli talks 350 minutes a month.
