Seven hotelsin the Crowne Plaza hotel chain will soon allow its guests free access to itswireless networks, the hotel's parent company, Africa-Israel, announced onSunday. CEO, Ron Yariv, said "we will lose income, but earn satisfiedcustomers." Aninvestigation conducted by network economists showed that many hotels aroundthe country charge guests up to 70 shekel a pay to surf the web, though thereare some hotels where the service is free. The Crowne Plaza's Eilat hotel will still continue to charge forits internet service.
