The court has finally settled another major law suit against crocs distributers in Israel, after they were accused of over pricing the shoes irrespective to the antitrust law. According to the agreement, consumers that purchased the shoes back in 2004 and kept them can purchase a new pair in 2011 with a NIS25 discount coupon. The absurdity of this compromise appears to be disregarded yet it was good enough for the two plaintives- lawyer Nahum Oren and Lawyer Zeev Korman, who received professional service fee for 488,000NIS in cash.
