Popular video game Angry Birds celebrated its first annual birthday party in a global get together carnival on Saturday, December 11th. It was a double celebration for the Finnish game developers, considering the fact that 50 million copies of the game were downloaded this year. Enthusiasts signed up for get-togethers in 65 countries to play, exchange skill tactics and compare scores. The Israeli party took place in Tel Aviv's Ganey Yehoshua, sponsored by Interactive Company. The event was dedicated to the Carmel forest fire disaster. Busses picked up the fans to Haifa were angry birds and piglets dolls were handed out to the children who lost their homes in the fire. Moreover, for each participant who arrived to the party, a tree was planted in his name at the forest, complementary of interactive company.
