Defense Minister Ehud Barak, in addition to promising to increase the frequency of IDF training exercises, spoke out Tuesday against the phenomenon of disobeying orders with the backing of rabbis. The IDF jailed soldiers who refused to obey orders to evacuate settlers from a number of structures in Hebron, but must take addtional decisive action if it is to prevent such incidents from recurring. 08/08/07
