Snowboard bases do not like rocks, but occasionally they do meet. When they do a base repair is required and if the core is exposed then a base weld is needed. We do our Wired-Weld using a Wintersteiger Polyman and a few extra tricks. This is our method. We also show P-tex use, edge sharpening and Wintersteiger base grinding in the video. Love your base!
