Singaporean fashion designer Francis Cheong presents two collections. "Club Chinoiserie" is a combination of Chinese culture, history and humanities over the past 5,000 years. The second collection "New Luxe Romantic" is a projection for Spring/Summer 2012. Francis' elegant, romantic and delicate design is highly praised by all from celebrities to regional royalty.
