A while back i read this little book 'Don't Sweat The Small Stuff' and one chapter among many that I adopted to use everyday was the one about putting a stop with worrying about my present circumstances...
it was a simple little process, whereby I would simply ask myself 'is the current circumstance going to matter a year from now?'
most times the answer was 'not at all!'
