Japanese Choice Demonstration, Seafood and Vegetable Tempura

How to prepare japanese tempuras yourself.

Ingredients:
Japanese King Prawns, peeled and deveined 12 Pcs
Vegetable Oil
Japanese Choice Tempura Flour
Favorite Mushrooms or Capsicum 10 Pcs
Onion, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick rings 1 Pc
Japanese Choice Tempura Sauce

Directions:
1. Heat oil in deep-fryer or large wok to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix Japanese Choice Tempura Flour with ice water to make batter. Dip shrimps and vegetables in this batter.
3.Deep - fry Shrimps and Vegetables in hot oil.
4. Deep fry until golden brown on all sides, about 1 1/2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove from oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
5. Dipping the pieces into Japanese Choice Tempura Sauce and enjoy.
