As well the train is our favourite way of travelling in Namibia...maybe because there is no other way if you don't rent a car;) There is only one train per day which goes only during the night. The best part is that usually there is only one passenger carriage (max 3) and rest of train is looooong parts for cargo. it looks funny:) the bussines class is very cheap and if you use wisely chairs which are around your chair, you can sleep well enough. However there is also one thing which makes us begging for mercy - it's very very cold!!! because all three lines are in deserts so it's very very cold there during the night. Yeah, but Namibian train put some spell on us so we don't complain and enjoy it every time:) Namibia September - October 2010
