TRANSFORM YOUR BODY with ConikiXXX The Home Workout Phenomenon. This Workout Routine is published in full at my site http://www.conikitv.com however the workout consists of 3 sets of:

1. Sumo Squat (Full/Low/High/Full) x 12 each
2. Booty Curls (Full/Low/High/Full) x 12 each
3. Forward / Backward Lunges RHS x 6 + LHS x 6
4. Forearm Plank - hold for 30 seconds
5. Diamond Sole to Sole ABS x 12
6. Push Box ABS x 12

Repeat exercise 1-6 a total of 3 times without rest, then finish of with..

Finger Touch Jump Squats x 15

I finished this in 16 minutes 17 seconds
