United States, October 31: The Inter-Services Intelligence of Pakistan keeps trying to create instability in India. The spy agency, which has close links with Islamic terrorist organizations, is now training Khalistani extremists in an attempt to revive terrorism in Punjab state. In October 2011, ISI-backed Lashkar-e-Taiba joined hands with a Khalistani terrorist group, Babbar Khalsa International for a terror strike on India’s capital city, New Delhi. The terror bid was foiled and a huge cache of RDX and detonators were recovered from a car in Ambala city of Haryana state.
