Stop Babysitting Your Team

http://www.annettapowellonline.com - I see a lot of people who are babysitting those they sponsor… remember, once you train them properly, either they get it or they don’t. You cannot micromanage or force people. If you do, you will burn out. Invest your time in the right people. They must be willing to develop the skill set. Work with them only if they are willing to invest in themselves. It’s their call! Let them make it.
