Ingredients - 150 gm boondi 1 tomato 1 onion 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp garlic 1/2 inch ginger 1 green chili 3 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, boondi and mix well. Add salt, garam masala and coriander leaves.
