Ingredients - 200 gm mushrooms 200 gm peas 2 tomatoes 2 onions 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 green chillies Ginger paste 2 tsp coriander powder Few coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 cups water 4 tbsp oil Salt to taste
Preparation - Heat the oil. Add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Add water. Blend in mixer. Add mutter(peas) and mushrooms. Serve hot.
