Lacoste Show - New York Fashion Week Spring 2012

http://www.FTV.com/videos NEW YORK - Lacoste has kept up its signature preppy style, but has added some French styling to its clean sportswear looks, courtesy of designer Felipe Oliveira Baptista, who is actually Portugeuse, but wanted to bring France back to the French-born label started up by Rene Lacoste. Clothes were sporty, yet provocative, which turned into a whole new way to wear whimsical preppy attire. Polo shirts were made into shirtdresses, as if the athletic chick (in this case, model Kinga Rajzak) had decided to borrow her boyfriend's rugby shirt to wear on the way home the morning after. Also not sure where the Arab music in the background came from, but it added a foreign element to the otherwise signature American brand.
