Imagine just one 12 ounce can of soda has 20 percent of just sugar or sweeteners. Also, don't be confuse about the diet drinks either because they have just as much sweeteners in them to replace the sugar they remove. Even some 100 percent apple juices has to much sugar in them because of the way it's process. On this same list are waters that they say has vitamins and minerals in them, which they do, but it comes along with sugar. Kids health should be a top concern for all of us because quite frankly they are our future.
