Hi guys!

So I've been getting so many questions as to WHAT I'm doing in order to lose weight. In this video I talk about my nutrition.

I do NOT count calories

My tips:
-Listen to my hunger Signals
-5 small meals (Breakfast, snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner)
-Low Glycemic Index for Fruits and Veggies
-Carbs before noon
-Hydrate with water
-Plan and track ahead (write everything down)
-Eat what you LOVE!
-Use HCG drops it really helped me to lose weight
