Inverter Rinser

The inverting rinsing machine can use air, water or other cleaning solution to ensure that bottles are free of dust and debris prior to moving through a liquid filler and other packaging equipment. Bottles index into the rinser, one for each rinse head, are gripped by the machine and inverted over a rinse basin. Air, water or other solution is used to loosen debris and blow or wash it into the basin. The bottle rinser then returns containers to the belt conveyor system to move to the next packaging station.
