The Lüneburg Heath is a patch of countryside located between Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen. It’s one of Europe's most interesting natural environments. When it is in bloom from August to September, millions of wildflowers color the landscape an intense violet. Thousands of people come to take a look at the natural spectacle each year.
