Freezing Green Peppers

We use two methods for freezing peppers, one where we simply freeze sliced peppers on a cookie sheet and then bag them when they are fully frozen. This second more unusual approach requires making seasoned pepper patties to use throughout the winter season in sauces and soups. Check the link for both approaches.
