About three years into it, my wife quit her job and we were featured in a new magazine about property investments. SPENT MORE TIME FINDING BETTER DEALS. Also, Robert said to spend more time doing the things you enjoyed and were good at. So, I started hiring more of the repairs out, and spent more time finding better deals.
